Splash pad fun

I don't know about the rest of you, but it is seriously HOT y'all. I don't remember it being this hot so early in the summer last year. Maybe because I was inside with a newborn, completely sleep deprived???

There have already been days that are too hot to be in the pool! Sounds crazy right, but it happens. The pool feels like a sauna, which is just not refreshing.

So, we set up our splash pad one night to cool off. The water out of the hose was nice and cold! And ever since Mr. taught Jackson his new trick he won't stop trying to drinking water. It certainly gives us a few good laughs:)

Splish, Splash

What fun is taking a bath, if you can't splish and splash a little bit!





I am a big kid at heart. Daddy was working late, so we played and splashed all over my bathroom. It was a wet mess! Jackson is such a water baby, I love it. Last night he finally put his head in the water and tried to blow bubbles. I've been working with him in the pool, but this is the first time he really got it!
